Dr. Lee is a great doctor, very professional. Takes his time to explain his findings, and will take time to talk to your kids so they understand as well. Very personable as well, most doctors are so dry and cold. My kids all loving going to see him.
The front staff is very rude & unaccommodating. They will not make any effort to get you in quickly if your child is super sick. They will make little to no effort to call you back or transfer paperwork to where it needs to go. They will flat out make snide comments to your face and then talk badly about you within ear shot. It's really too bad because Dr Lee is wonderful. I feel the front staff hinders his business and professionalism. I have considered changing dr offices many time due this.
Kind and knowledgable, he seems to really know his stuff, and my daughter loves to go to him ! Some kids are afraid to go to a place like the doctors or dentist, but if you to a good one like Dr.Lee, it makes all the difference ! :)
