Dr. Greenspan is very nice and tried valiantly to help me with a chronic issue that remained unresolved for years. But his staff-! They were often unprofessional “mean girls”, dropping snide comments behind partially closed doors, saying ugly things on the phone, etc . Dr Greenspan himself apologized for the behavior of one of them after it was super egregious. I have been a regular patient with Dr. Greenspan. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and spot-on with prognosis. He is also a great person; I love that he is so positive, curious, and wishes the best for his patients. Probably the BEST dermatologist that I have been to.
