They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and make me my six month appointment. Dr. Schaffert is a skilled Dr. and seems to have my health as his main interest. He recommends various meds to see if they work well and will listen to my concerns when I tell him I am having little episodes.
