I’m having the same issue as mostly everyone in these reviews. Not the doctors in general but the bills I’m getting and have not been there in almost a year. There’s no working phone number. The line is always busy. I will try my hand at going there if I can get a day off, but someone has already wrote that the doors are locked. Similarly to another reviewer, I have been receiving very strange bills from this office. I have not been in the office in over 2 years. I have also never left an appointment with a balance on my account. I have always paid it down to $0 before leaving. Recently out of the blue I get a bill for almost $500. I tried to contact the office multiple times over multiple days and was told the “office manager” was never there and that she was the only one who could help me. I have not been in this office in over a year. I always pay my co-pay after my appointment before I leave the building. I received a letter stating that I owe money which can’t be true. The office was completely shut down when I drove up there to try and rectify this issue. The line is always busy and no one ever picks up as if the number is no longer in service. This review isn't on the Dentists personally, but whenever you call this office, they never answer their phone. I called them for two weeks straight at different times of the days. There is also an answering machine that asks you to leave a message. I've left a message 3 days ago and still haven't received a telephone call back. I've been a patient here since it's been Solomon and Forbes dentistry. Now both have retired and this office has went downhill since.
