Always friendly and efficient. Their new call center needs improvement, however.
I had an eye emergency, they to me to get there right away and I was whisked in the room., Dr Parent wasn’t there today but Dr. Muenik seen me. Very friendly and she explained my condition and asked if I had any questions. The staff was superb too. I would recommend anyone to go here for your eye care needs!
Doctor Parent and staff were friendly, courteous and professional. Took care of my issue and I was on my way. I highly recommend and will be back.
