Was just diagnosed with secondary adrenal insufficiency when I’ve been suffering for years! I saw Dr. Kauppi back in 2020 and had an acth lab done that was off the chart low that would have diagnosed me with adrenal insufficiency yet this provider told me nothing was wrong with me. I’ve been walking around for years now with low cortisol left untreated and now having adrenal crisis episodes! This practice rarely answers the phone when you call, and has never returned a voicemail I’ve had to leave. I’ve just had to call again and again until someone picks up. My experience with Dr Kauppi felt like he was reading from a script and as soon as I asked a question not on the script, he said “well I can’t think of a medical reason for that, so I’m not sure how to help.” Not planning on going back here.
