From the moment we walked through the doors we felt very welcomed. We only waited a few minutes before seeing the Dr. She went over the hearing test, showing us on the computer screen, the results. She answered all of our questions, and we had a bunch never having hearing aids before. We never felt rushed and she took her time with us. I would highly recommend the Brownwood office!
They are very friendly and want to serve. I went to another place and was not served well with fixing my hearing aids. But they took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. I will keep going back to them for all my hearing problems!
The receptionist Mary Ann greeted us, processed our documents and relaxed me by giving me a brief description of the procedure I was about to go through. Au. D. Emily Descano was calming, caring explanative and helped me to relax prior to and during the procedure with her encouraging words. I’ve been going to the Villages Audio for about a year. I’ve been using hearing aids about 7 years. This office at the Villages is friendly, professional, very knowledgeable, clean and a joy to visit. Plus they do an excellent job with appointments and reminders. I love hearing much better than with previous hearing aids
