Beware. I was told I had dry socket from a pulled tooth. I was sent home very ill and in unbearable pain. I had a hole in my sinuses due to him pulling my tooth. I was treated elsewhere where I immediately received a cat-scan. I was given IV antibiotics and steroids for a severe sinus infection, high fever and swelling. The hospital stated that the hole was borderline from needing emergency surgery to repair.
