Not for sure how I feel about Dr. Evans, I was actually referred to her. However, I call to make an appointment for my yearly check up. They email me some forms/questions to fill out so that I wouldn't have to do it when I got there, which I was cool with. However, my problem was that she charge you for EVERYTHING!!! Even though I have insurance I felt like she was getting over. She even charge me to talk to me about my result which I have never heard of a doctor charging you just go over your result.
