Dr. Ajul Shah is nothing short of exceptional and I am extremely lucky he was available for my emergency surgery. He performed bilateral wrist surgery for tendon/nerve damage that could have severely impacted my ability to use both of my hands. My left hand was severely mangled in a horrible, freak accident and I needed a highly skilled surgeon for a very complicated hand surgery. Dr. Shah was recommended. Dr. Shah is a very passionate and genuine hand surgeon with a very calming bedside manner. He spends time with his patients to explain and review all options and his surgical skill is tedious, precise and above all innovative. He is highly recommended.
The care and patient service provided by Dr. Shah and his office staff was outstanding. One year ago today ... Dr Ajul Shah changed my life forever with surgery after 26+years of excruciating shin pain. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Shah !! Smart, kind, compassionate, personable and ALWAYS puts his patient's needs first. My son had a serious displaced hand fracture and no insurance. Dr. Shah cared for and fought for my son to get emergent surgery during the COVID-19 pandemic without concern for his own reimbursement. Dr. Shah is awesome! We were referred to him when my husband developed an infection following an achilles tendon repair surgery. Dr. Shah assessed the situation and developed a plan to save my husband's foot and heal the open wound. My husband was also spared a complicated skin flap surgery. I highly recommend Dr Ajul Shah! For the last 3 years, I have struggled with pain and joint stiffness in my right thumb which was also complicated by carpal tunnel in same hand. Dr. Shah listen to me. After and injury to my wrist, even when some results came back negative and I still was in pain he continued to look for causes. He ended up doing surgery to release the nerve on little finger side of my wrist and elbow. He was to find the cause for my pain. I had torn the Fascia in my left wrist. this created scar tissue that ended up compressing the nerve, causing pain. Because he listened to me he was able to look past the false negative results.
