I tried to get an appointment with Dr. Gupta after Dr. Ross left - I called Dr. Gupta a few times and he would promise to call me back which he never did - I finally gave up. This was about 2 years ago. Terrible customer service!!!!
Dr Gupta has been my eye doctor for 10 years. He did my eye surgery and can I see now. He is a great doctor.
I have been trying to get an apt for 3 months. They do not answer the phone or return calls. I got through once and they acted like they didn't know what to do. Said they'd call back. Never did.
