I have recommended Dr. Goodrich to several friends and family members that were looking for the services offered by her and her office. Both friends and family have been VERY pleased!
While I was a patient the staff was very polite and courteous. Anytime I had a question the Dr knew the answer. She spoke in-depth about my diagnosis. The only issue is that when I was done with my appointments I need some paper work after constant phone calls I received it 11 days later for a receipt electronically. I asked for a receipt for all my sessions and again after many phone calls they gave it to me 7 days later. I would rather not have to constantly remind of a simple task.

Dr. Goodrich listens and explains. If you have another pain, other than what you go for, she accommodates you. The office staff is very friendly. I never waited more than a few minutes.
Dr. Goodrich listens attentively to my families chiropractic needs. She's super earnest about finding the source of your issues. Her mission is to educate her patients in making life style changes and for that I'm truly grateful. She genuinely cares about your overall health.. mind, body & soul.
After suffering for several months with sciatic back pain, I decided to give Dr Goodrich a visit based upon a referral. After a few visits, adjustment and recommendations by the good doctor I am now and have continued to be pain free. Dr.Goodrich and her staff are professional, knowledgeable and compassionate.
