Dr Merino was at the Veterans ER in Mpls. She was rude from the first time she walked in the room. Talked down to her patient, slammed his door as she left his room. Told the patient she couldn't help him, ignored the fact his pain level was 9. Complained about the patient to a co-worker as his family walked behind her. The nurses were pleasant and helpful. Dr. Merino released the patient without giving him the results of the blood tests or any discussion about what tests were being done. What a nice thank you to a veteran!!... read more
