Dr Eichen and her staff are nothing less than excellent. Dr Eichen did both my cataract surgeries and I cannot thank her enough. Throughout both procedures she kept me comfortable and I was confident that I was being cared for. I highly recommend her.

I’m upset bc I had cataract surgery with this dr this year, and when I called today bc my eyes feel uncomfortable and dry, I was told that I had an upcoming apt in February and that if I need to be seen sooner I should go see another doctor. What if I have a problem from the surgery? She won’t see me. Very odd. I guess I have to find another doctor. I still have a cataract in my other eye and I assumed she’d do that surgery too, but this is not ok. I also have 3 kids that are get patients, so I will need to look for a new do... read more

I called Dr. Aimee Eichen's office to make an appointment. I was informed that I would have to wait 6/8 weeks. I was a bit taken aback since we are in the middle of a pandemic and wait times all over, with everything have been significantly reduced but I still took the appointment. In the meantime, I still looked around for another doctor to take me sooner. When my appointment date was approaching I was considerate enough to call and cancel.
