Dr. Ozturk was very helpful with my husband's condition. However, his staff was horrible. When you called to schedule an appt, 90% of the time you had to leave a message and wait days for a return call. We went months without receiving a bill and when my husband stopped by to schedule (see earlier statement), they told him he was deliquent and could not schedule until he discussed this matter with billing.
