Very difficult to make an appointment. For the four years that he has been my son’s paediatrician, I have not gotten through within the first three phone calls and there is no answering machine. It would be nice if there was an answering machine or online booking system. Today, I couldn’t get through after making 6 calls. I finally drove in to make an appointment. Once at the appointment, I’ve had no issues.
