This doctor and the front end staff are wonderful people! Never had an issue!
No one answer the calls. And if somebody answer they will hold you for a long period of time .
Very difficult to make an appointment. For the four years that he has been my son’s paediatrician, I have not gotten through within the first three phone calls and there is no answering machine. It would be nice if there was an answering machine or online booking system. Today, I couldn’t get through after making 6 calls. I finally drove in to make an appointment. Once at the appointment, I’ve had no issues.
Dr listened to all of my concerns and made my child feel comfortable. Didn’t feel rushed at all. The receptionist is kind and professional. Exactly what you would hope to get from a paediatric clinic.
