I had a very disappointing experience at this medical office. The staff was unprofessional and seemed disorganized, which made the entire visit stressful. I experienced a long wait despite having an appointment, and communication about my care was unclear. I felt like my concerns were rushed and not taken seriously. Overall, the level of customer service and attention I received did not meet my expectations. I hope the office improves its organization and patient care in the future.

I have no idea how some of the ladies at the front desk don't even hold basic knowledge of how medical administration work. The lady in the front has claimed that our insurance isn't active while the Medicaid was active she didn't even bother looking into her database to find out who h insurance we had. Instead she insisted I have to call to find out. It was Saturday we drove 45 mins to come there and the customer service wasnt working so we drove for nothing technically.
