Dr .Mohammad was very nice I have no issues with the MD. However, the staff was disrespectful, snappy, had attitude for no reason, spoke over me basically shutting me up and of course this sums up to unprofessional. The front desk was rude, and the manager was just the worst of it all. Someone like that should not be a manager especially in the medical field. You are supposed to care and value your patients. Horrible office that represents him as Doctor, this obviously doesn't take PRIDE in his work or he wouldn't put with that. You've been warned
If I would give 0 star , I’ll do they have them most worst I ever seen ,and POOR services , so rude and not professional at all! DO NOT go here, don't waste your time! I usually don’t write a bad review but this place made me do they way the treated my mum it’s very sad how they deal with old ppl.
This Doctor DISCHARGED my hydrocephalus, son who came down with schizo-affective disorder because he missed appts while in a mental facility. This Dr Mohammed is heartless and his staff suck too. Go elsewhere trust me.
I personally didn't meet with Dr. Mohammad but the experience I've had with him and his office staff are absolutely repulsive. As a family member's provider I was appalled at the way they treated her. The doctor noted a diagnosis on paperwork that was given to an outside entity however he never discussed the diagnosis with my family member! Then the office lied and said he wasn't in the office when confronted with requests to speak to him when he walked by. Unprofessional, disrespectful.
Did not find cause of symptoms and he offered no explanations or what other tests I may have done. Exam and consult felt a little rushed. Dismissive of some symptoms. Office staff seems disorganized and I lied to about testing. I wouldn’t recommend.
I have my first appt today. This a.m. my car's elec. went haywire. I had to take it to the shop. It's pouring down rain. I call to resched and get a nasty, completely unprofessional attitude. The woman rudely says they are way behind and cannot reschedule for a new patient. She then says I should have called yesterday. I'm a psychic. I knew my car would do this. I ask if there is a trolley. She says she doesn't know how I'll get there without a car. Thanks. Dodged a bullet, I'll go elsewhere.
I have not met with Dr Mohammad yet but my experienced with his staff pushed me off. I had never have terrible/awful experience scheduling an appointment with doctors in my entire life. These people are lack of skills and professiionalism in carrying out their jobs-not to mention their rudeness in communicating with clients. They couldn't handle the simpliest problem on setting up appoint for their clients; how can I trust to put my health and life in thier hands? So no, I wouldn't recommend!
