Don't overpay your bill because getting a timely refund is difficult. On April 23, 2024 we mistakenly overpaid a bill by $259.26. We contacted Dr. Norman's billing office who acknowledged the overpayment. However they give us the run around every time we ask when we will get our refund. As of September 3, 2024 we are still waiting for our refund, with no definitive date when (and if) we will get it.
