I want to start off by saying this review has nothing to do with Dr.Isa, she is and has been a fantastic pediatrician to my children. She's very caring, thorough and knowledgeable. However, Dr. Isas receptionist at her new location at the Hill Centre is absolutely frustrating. When I initially called, I had to explain 3x why I needed my child to see the Dr. Then when she messed the appt date up when confirming it, I corrected her and she asked me what day it was and what the date was.
