I am a veteran, and I had been waiting for this appointment for approximately one year. I arrived on time for my scheduled visit, only to be told that I could not be seen because the office did not have the required voucher or authorization from the Veterans Administration. What is especially frustrating is that this issue should have been addressed long before the appointment date. Update April 30, 2026. Yesterday and today I tried calling this office to correct an appointment I have. This office must be closed and out of business. Why else wouldnt a business answer their phones for 4 consecuative days? For radiation I reccomend Dr Hsiang at Corpus Christi Urology Group on Carroll Lane. I have been trying to reach someone concerning an appointment I have. No one answers the phones. I tried selection 3 and 0 several times, no answer! You can be glad you dont work for me. Poor office staff!
