I just personally witnessed the most astounding display of sheer stupidity, lack of empathy, and unwillingness to help a patient. The insurance company accidentally changed my wife's primary doctor in the system to a different doctor. My primary is listed as Aftab (wife is dependent on policy) and I changed the mistake while in the office. Staff and doctor both know and have a reference number, and talked to Blue Cross to verify the change, but refuse to address a simple ingrown toenail because they are afraid that the insur... read more
He is a fine doctor. It’s just very frustrating to make an appointment at 11:45 show up 15 minutes early and not be seen till 1:00pm. I’ll give this place one more chance for my next appointment but if it happens again I’ll have to switch PCPs.
Dr aftab is good but all employees are very unprofessional not doing their duties on time. Prescription referral etc sending not on time not replying. Etc. service not v good.
