My son has been a patient here since he was 4 days old, and we have had zero issues with the providers or the staff. Every interaction—from the front desk to the clinical team—has been nothing short of pleasant. Access to care here is unparalleled. Been here for years but time to move on. Here with my sick daughter, our appointment was an hour and 15 minutes ago and we’re still waiting to see the doctor. This is ridiculous. There’s no excuse.
This was our last appointment with this doctor. We had our cars packed to the brim waiting to leave to move. My son needed his 4 yo shots. We got here early and it took over 2 hours for 3 shots. Multiple people came after us and left before us. Completely unprofessional, this doctors office has always had some of the longest wait time for our family.

Fui una vez con mi bebé y la señora del mostrador me hizo llamar a la aseguranza para asignar a la Doctora,para luego pedirme el telefono para hablar ella,en cuanto eso no me ha pasado en mi vida ,siempre llaman ellos.La segunda vez llamo para mi hijo ,me dan cita y a los 15 días ,el mismo día de la cita me dicen que no aceptan mi aseguranza,siendo la misma para los dos.Pues ya la tercera vez llamo a la aseguranza para que ellos me cojan... read more
