There was a miscommunication in the RF machine I wanted. Miscommunications happen. Only the word "Pro" differences them. But, I agreed to get a treatment w their laser w/o co2 (I wanted both RF & co2), bc I'd set aside the down time and had event the following week. I did expect less benefit, got none. I scheduled an appointment with the Aesthetician to clear a small dark spot on my face and Linda the dermatologist suggested I have a laser treatment discounted rate of over $800 for 3 treatments. I had two treatments and the Aesthetician burned my face and Linda said it was my fault. I asked for my money back and she refused to refund me. I had to pay for the cream to apply all over my face. Best dermatologist I’ve been to! I’ve been seeing Dr. Holy for years and she’s amazing—especially with cosmetic procedures. At first, she didn’t come across as super warm, but I quickly realized she’s just really focused and detail-oriented. As I have gotten to know her better, I find her super friendly, professional, and the only person I trust with my face!
Dr. Holy exceeded all my expectations. She addressed many Basal Cell lessions that another Dermatologist had been neglecting for years! Beware of corporate medical offices. Always get a second opinion if you are doubtful of the treatment you are receiving! Crusty skin was ignored for several years and never seemed right. I was brushed off when I questioned these spots.
