Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes, I think I could have gotten better service elsewhere

Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!
