I’m a new patient, since April this year I have a healthy heart after all my test, but it’s angry. Yeah, that made me laugh too. So after waiting over an hour at my last appointment, I was frustrated, but honestly understood things happen that disrupt the schedule. When it was my turn, I was not rushed, he sat right next to me, showed me all the results on screen commenting on what each test result meant. When you can leave a drs office understanding the next steps, that’s a good day and a good dr.

A couple of weeks ago (today is 5/27/26) I had a heart attack on a Sunday at my office. For the last 10 years every year I have gone through tests and never any tests had shown any anomalies or deficiencies. The emergency services took me to the Holly Cross where I was immediately taken to the operating theatre. Dr. Adel K. El-Bialy at the helm of group of doctors, nurses, technicians conducted a procedure. As a result I was up and running after 2 days, instead of being dead. Very disappointing experience with this doctor’s office. Not worthy of the one start that I'm forced to give. The staff came across as rude and unprofessional, and communication was frustrating throughout the visits. The doctor is condescending and did not take an interest in my overall health or concerns. Instead, he rushes to conclusions and tries to pressure the patient into undergoing additional tests that were not clearly explained and probably not necessary according to a second opinion Cardiologist.
