I cannot begin to describe how disappointed and frustrated I am with this medical office. They do not return phone calls and do not follow-up. I've had to beg for medical referrals. They always say they will process items and email me, but never do. My sleep study provider informed me that they had exhausted all efforts to work with this office and asked me to intervene on several occasions to obtain required paperwork. Worst. Doctors. Office. EVER! Never answer the phone, doesn't respond to voicemails, has shitty doctors working for him who don't pay attention to what you're telling them and that also send improper refferals. Can't even get a callback to try and reschedule an appointment for a new ortho referral and its been 2 weeks. Avoid at all costs

So I have been getting assisted from here for maybe over a month. I can just say you’re better off using web MD. There’s no real doctor present, I then set an appointment for 12:15, waited over an hour, just for my time to be wasted and then I went home. This isn’t a real professional business, I was in the lobby where someone told me they had been coming there for over 10 years, and have never seen a real doctor. Where’s Nick Shirley when you need him? I sense major fraud.
