I took my husband in. We had to change pain mgmt dr due to a change in our ins and the one we lived no longer was covered. My husband has been in pain mgmt for almost 12 years. He has some very serious issue that are debilitating. I found the office staff to be wonderful. However there is much to be said for the dr. When he came in he acted as if it was an issue for us to be there. Then he didn't listen as my husband has a serious fall a few days before and was at hospital. Worst bed side manner of any doctor I have seen and not a real doctor for pain. He is scared to treat those who have been treated by top tier doctors. Waste of time unless you want to be spoken down to and name called.
Dr. And Maria are great. It's their front desk. I requested a change in pharmacy and they said no problem write where I wanted it to go and phone number. They sent it to the wrong pharmacy(the mfg they use makes me nauseous). The staff then says they can't change it. This is so not true. I asked to speak with doctor or Maria. They would not transfer or have take a message for either to return my call. Unbelievable!
Dr. Haq is educated and has a to-the-point way of explaining & summarizing the visit. He is organized, truthful & professional. He has a county-wide practice and has an excellent front ofc person (Ruby) I have not been a patient long enough to be astute in regard to an overview of him as a physician.
The lady in the front desk was so helpful. She got out of the office in the freezing cold weather in order to help me locate the office in Frisco. She very effective and efficient in triaging me. Dr. Haq came in with my MRI results and discussed my options. Very friendly and professional. I will keep seeing him until my back problems are totally resolved, if all possible. I strongly recommending this medical group.
