I’m a Bronx native I work for MTA working in nyc transit system my skin comes into contact of harsh chemicals like train fumes etc., not to mention I suffer from PCOS . Dele Michael is abrasive with poor bedside manners. She was incredibly rude when I asked for details on the invoice which wasn’t sent after a month of following up with the staff. Not to mention a 45 min wait on average for appointments even after arriving early. Never again. Note: I am not in your system as I do not want to be targeted by you and your staff and am using an alias. Your office cannot be trusted. Edit: I have gone there. I have receipts of all the communication. Nice try
