I wish every surgeon was like Dr. Warren and that every doctor's office was managed by someone like Reggie. I recently went to see Dr. Warren for a hip replacement surgical consult. Even though Dr. Warren had a full schedule, Reggie was able to find a time for me and he continued to demonstrate an excellent patient-first orientation by efficiently scheduling the surgery at a time that accommodated my needs, submitting the request for insurance approval and the order for physical therapy. Truly a miracle worker: Dr. Warren repaired my tibial plateau fracture and restored my mobility. I am writing this review with immense gratitude for Dr. Warren. Six months ago, I suffered a tibial plateau fracture that left me in significant pain and worried about my ability to walk normally again. Dr. Warren treated me when I was in excruciating pain. I broke my hip from a bicycle fall and the first surgeon who treated me wrapped the hip with titanium instead if a telacement. The wrap traveled off the hip and up to my pelvis. In an emergency situation, Dr. Warren surgically removed the titanium and did a full hip replacement. I was 73 years old when I fell and at 74, I just got back on my bike. I feel so fortunate that I was referred by the ER doctor to Dr. Warren when I broke my wrist. His staff person, Reggie, was on it from my first call, getting my x-rays to Dr. Warren when he was out of the office on a Friday, setting up an office appt. for the Monday, and scheduling a "likely" surgery appt. for Tuesday. I had my 1 year follow-up today for my knee surgery & all has gone very well!!! I really appreciated Dr Warren & his office manager Reggie who recommended a great physical therapy group for follow-up. My surgery was the result of an injury & Dr. Warren was very kind & comforting with a good sense of humor too. He helped me feel confident about the surgery & my recovery.
