I enjoy taking the time to sit down with each patient (and family members, if possible) and really listen to their problems and concerns. My patient's condition is then explained in great detail, frequently with the use of models and/or handouts. I then allow my patient to select from a long list of possible treatments, thus enabling them to select which ones might best meet their particular needs. Spastic, rude insurance doctor that doesn't seem to care about his patients.

Although this patient did NOT contact me about their review, I suspect that their appointment was mandated by their insurance company due to some discrepancy in their insurance claim, and is likely that they did not agree with my opinion either. I am always honest and fair in my opinion, but obviously I cannot please everyone despite my best attempts.
I have many bone issues. Saw DR.Bright who was 1st doctor in a long while who was kind, compassionate and listened. Gave me cortisteroids(sp) both knees like boss. No pain. Whole visit was win win.
