I will start by saying that Dr. Rosen is very sweet and attentive. I only met him once for a new patient annual wellness exam and his team was nice. However, I will not be returning to this office because I have called many times in the last week and every time I have gotten put on hold for very long and at some point I was hung up on TWICE. I found this incredibly unprofessional and rude on his administrative teams end. Patient satisfaction not only depends on the providers demeanor but the office team as well.
Dr. Adam Rosen takes the time to review the history which is so important. He is knowledgeable, pleasant, has a great demeanor and communicates well. Dr. Rosen is punctual and the office is not crowded, as the appointments seem well-planned and organized. He spends adequate time during the consultation, is thorough and is a great addition to my medical team. Dr. Rosen is someone who I would trust with my care and that of a family member.
