Used to be a good doctor. Saw him for 12 years. He changed, absolutely for the worst. He declined me any real treatment for a back issue that had arisen for me. Wouldn’t do anything, just offered Ibruprofen . I had to drag myself to Urgent Care and spent hundreds of dollars to get an injection into my back. It worked thankfully. I wonder if these other positive reviews are his staff, or just someone that he knows. I can’t see any reasonable person thinking he himself provides good care. He is bad at being a doctor. Terrible Doctor. Tried to make an appointment as I was not feeling well and was told they were not seeing sick people... Really you are a doctor's office. Maybe I am mistaken but aren't doctors supposed to maintain, promote, and restore health of the public..Very disappointed by this. Don't count on these people to help when you need them!! Anyhow 1 star Adam..1 star

He will just send you to a specialist and collect on ridiculous insurance charges. Doesn’t help with any issue. Office staff is so rude and incompetent.
This is the first print we have experienced. There may be a logical reason, but we cannot get a call back to find out.
Poor decision making about my health care leading to long term damage. The office staff here is unprofessional and difficult to work with.
Dr. Smith and his capable staff always take the time necessary to discover and treat your health issues. He recommends qualified specialists when needed. His follow-up is thorough. We have been his patients for several years.
Dr. Smith and his staff are wonderful. My mom use to see Dr. Smith and he took excellent care of her. I now see Jaylene. I love her. She takes her time in listening and understanding what you need. You become like family at this office. I am so blessed to have them.
My family has been going to Dr. Smith’s office for years. They are excellent for primary care. They definitely make you feel like they care and you are not rushed through their office.
