Dr Madsen was so rude and unprofessional and arrogant. What kid of doctor says to their patients “yeah life sucks”, “sorry for your crappy break” “what do you want me to do? Get out the book go to chapter 15 and read out the protocol. The same protocol I told you?” I will not be going back. And I bet my bill is $100+.

am a nurse manager that helps patient see the appropriate doctors for care. My patient had already been seen by Dr. Madsen and provided details about a knee replacement. The patient had follow up questions in regards to procedures and methods used and the doctors office staff was unwilling to provide this information or even stated paperwork that was previously given.
