I came to Dr. Langley after my mom was hospitalized and received poor care from her previous Primary Care Physician. I received Dr. Langley's name from a home health care nurse who had visited with mom and knew of several patients who were happy with being in his care. He has been more than wonderful with mom and where certain medical histories were vague or unavailable issued additional diagnostics that were an important follow up to determining other underlying health issues. Great doctor!
Very Unprofessional Dr. I visited him just one time and I would never ever waste my time to visit him. Basically he googled most of my questions, sneakly in front of me. He seats infront of you so you don't see his monitor.
Service continues to be excellent. I tried about 5 doctors in the last 5 years, but with PFSM and Dr. Langley I have found a home!
My daughter has Tricare and HAS to be assigned to a PCP, she had already exhausted her 2 "Urgent" visits, meaning she has to have a referral from the PCP for them to pay for any other visits ER or not, Keep in mind she's on military insurance meaning military children change location alot. I had no need for to go see her PCP , Well, my daughter had a fever and her throat looked terrible, I called to Dr office to make an appointment or make sure that if I took her they would put in the referral,
Dr. Langley is committed to listen to his patients and address their concerns. If you are looking for a new PCP... he Is the one! You will not be disappointed!
I'm not sure how Dr. Langley is as a physician since no one at the office would give me the time of day. I called over a week ago and left a message inquiring about new patient appointments as I'm new to the area. I never received a call back...tried again today, was put on hold for 7 minutes then the phone line disconnected (aka, someone hung up on me). Called back, no answer. Called once more, no answer, left a message. Now wasting more time to research another PCP.
Dr. Langley has to be the most thorough Doctor I've ever seen. I'm not rushed. He takes the time to listen carefully about any problems, makes easy to follow recommendations for long-term care, and thoroughly reviews any test results. I don't feel judged or shamed, even though I'm not in the best shape. He is kind and compassionate.
