Very professional and friendly staff. Wendy and Veronica patiently explained everything, took their time and made me feel very comfortable. Dr.Katz also was patient, explained what I could do to help myself, and didn't make me feel rushed.
tldr; Katz's staff, at least the person named Wendy, is lazy, lies to your face, and caused me to be billed for $650+ after lying about them checking that they accept my insurance. Even though I tried for 6 months to get it covered, I am still forced to pay $220 for their failure. I've seen Katz for 2 procedures over the past 2 years. I had a great experience with Dr. Katz and his office staff. I had trouble wearing shoes and walking prior to seeing him. He helped me out so much and highly recommend him.
