Traumatized and excluded from IOP treatment. First meeting trauma exacerbated my mental health struggle after family estrangement.
IOP day 1
I hope my father was not charged for an hour because this doctor only spends 5 minutes with his geriatric patients. Appalled at this “doctor”. He only said my dad needs encouragement but he’s anxious, depressed, insomnia, mood issues from dementia. Ridiculous!! I’m a nurse and I’ve worked with psychiatry and this is sad that people hope he will help them but he obviously doesn’t know how.
Doesn’t fill meds on time, putting patients into dangerous withdrawal, then blaming patient for med noncompliance. Arrogant.
Dr. Sky is great. His specialty is Geriatric Psychiatry. He is very knowledgeable and personable. Of the Psychiatry providers I've seen over the years I believe he is the best.
I saw Dr. Sky when I was in the rehabilitation hospital after suffering a stroke. He was very caring and genuinely concerned about my well-being.
