I have been treated by Dr. C for at lease 15 years and received nothing but the highest level of treatment. He is a very concerned Dr and listens intently to every word you say. I have had numerous skin related issues to include cancer and all have been treated successfully. The staff has always been very friendly and ready to serve.
Dr. Czelusta is the best! He is assuring, thorough and very confident. He diagnosed my melanoma and removed it without delay. He educated me on what to do in future and how to recognize changes that need to come to his attention. He made me feel as if I were his only patient. He’s invaluable!
I was looking for a new dermatologist close to home, after reading reviews online I decided to give them a call. Press option 2 to schedule an appointment, was put on hold without asking or saying anything, (on hold for 34 min) never picked up. Called again, same issue (on hold 25 min) never answered, called again someone answered and asked to hold. I guess they don't need new patients...
I was very impressed with Dr. Czelusta and recommended several people to him and they went to him or an associate. I had a pre-cancer spot on my face so Dr. Czelusta recommeded me to a Mohs surgeon. I wanted to follow up with Dr. Czelusta five months after for a second opinion on the way it was healing and he did not want to discuss with me. I considered him my primary dermatologist so not impressed with their follow up care or concern for a person's well being.
Tried to schedule an appointment but will take 7 weeks before I can see a doctor. If you have a serious problem, you better try another doctor. I called West Houston Derm (also good ratings) and will be able to see a doctor within one week.
Dr. Czelusta found out that a bump on my scalp was an aggressive type of lymphoma. HE SAVED MY LIFE.
