Time wasted. They don't perform eye exam for prescriptions contact lenses. After waiting for the appointment a long time, no mention.
My experience isn't specifically with the Cincinnati Eye Institute, but with Dr. Kaufman who has patients at way too many clinics. I had a brain tumor removed in February and had subsequent nerve involvement which has caused issues with my cornea. I had the tumor removed at UC and Dr. Kaufman sees patients with cornea needs at their clinic with medical residents. The wait times are ABSOLUTELY INSANE. The process they use is so bizarre. Delays delays delays. I left my last appointment after waiting almost 2 hours. Rescheduled for today, one of the first appointments, and it's been more than 90 minutes since this process started. Pick a different provider.
