Dr. Gardner is so kind and helpful, so I would give this practice 5 stars if it were not for one of his receptionists/office manager. I've been to Dr. Gardner twice for an eye exam, and everything went great aside from my interactions with one of his staff who was incredibly rude and disrespectful to me. I'm not sure if this is just because I sound somewhat younger over the phone, but every time I speak to her she is incredibly condescending. I recently had my eyes examined by Dr. Gardner. Carefully listens to my concerns. The exam was incredibly thorough. I was so impressed with the quality of his exam and the equipment was unbelievable. The ability to evaluate the retinal conditions with the newest equipment available is amazing. I would very much recommend any patient living in or near Hillsdale, New Jersey visit Dr. Gardner for a comprehensive eye care.
