The staff was courteous friendly & helpful. The Dr. Was pleasant & explained in detail so I would understand.
I have a serious shoulder injury, and was not taken seriously by Dr. Dann. He was not interested in anything I had to say, and he was not caring, understanding or compassionate. I had been evaluated by physical therapy, and from that evaluation the physical therapist said he suspected two tears. He recommended an MRI. The MRI showed three full thickness tears. Dr. Dann for some reason didn’t have the report which my family doctor had assured me he had faxed. He didn’t want the written report anyway. He needed the CD which I ... read more
