Dr. Adam Chapnick and his team Ellen and Helen are extremely experienced professional and helpful. I was so impressed with the customer service quality. I have had gum surgery and crowns done for my entire upper teeth all 13of them with Dr. Adam Chapnick. My teeth weren't all bad but over the years I have gone to different dentists in different countries so I wanted to have a consistent and brand new look. Took my infant in for a tongue tie assessment. Dr. Adam is very patient and gentle during the whole time, and shared his professional opinion. Didn’t force us to make any decision right away. The client experience manager, Ellen, is very nice as well.

The worst dentist; a crown lasted less than a year. The secretary Ellen was rude. They didn't treat it as an emergency even though the doctor guaranteed a 3-year warranty. When I wrote a review, the doctor called me on my phone not to ask about my health but about this review! Ellen told me to go to a different clinic altogether. So judge for yourself; if you care about your dignity and well-being, find another doctor who cares. This is the truth.
