I am glad to be out of the situation I was not able to keep on paying the mortgauge because my tenants stopped paying and I was not able to evict anyone because of federal moratorium I was able to see the house without evicting the tenant I got the fair value I was looking for over all it was a close call but they closes Asis with tenants still in the house protected from eviction
