Horrible customer service.. Stay away from this place. I received a bill for a service I got. I paid online and my account showed $0 balance. Then a few months later I received a call from a collection agency asking me to pay my balance.. when I checked my account, it showed $98 (it was $0 before, so i thought it was strange)... Appt times are just a mere recommendation. I've never been seen on time. Often, the provider is not even here when we arrive and is 'in route'. When you ask why, you're told you can reschedule. But appts are months out. Would be nice to have our time respected, the same way we respect the providers. Don't overbook. Hire more. Put your focus on patient care and experience over profit.
