Dr Massri is sweet kind and super professional I’ve been coming to her over 10 years her upfront receptionist are great and so is her hygienist. They are very professional informative and they basically tell you the truth if you’re not doing something right, I will continue to go to her. I trust her and her staff and they’re upfront with cost if there are any thank you everybody. See you next time in about a few more months for my routine visit.
Extremely disappointed with Dr. Massri and her dental practice. She rushes through everything to the point where she destroyed my tooth that I never complained about. Her inferior hygienist recommended that the old filling gets redone and I am sorry that I trusted them. After the tooth was refilled, she had the guts to take off for her vacation leaving me in the chair with her quitting dental assistant who knew nothing about adjusting the bite.
