This doctor made me feel like it's my fault that I have a incompetent cervix. All the nurses are awesome but whenever they call her to finalize that everything is OK or not, my pressure goes up because she lacks empathy. I loved the service at howard county hospital. Even though I might have gone through preterm labor, the nurses were so kind, and so sweet towards me, calling me momma everytime they would come. but going to see her for an appointment was just mentally disturbing for me.
My experience with the nurses and the front desk staff have been AMAZING. One particular nurse, Ms. Susan is always so reassuring and is just such a pleasure to be with. However, what ruins my experience are the ultrasound techs. They act like someone is forcing them to do their job and make statements that are extremely rude. They’re also not supposed to make diagnostic statements and leave it for the doctor to explain, however for some reason they feel the need to say certain things. Through 2 high risk pregnancies, the entire staff has been more than accomodating and amazing. Dr. Aina was always thorough and answered all questions. My two little ones made it into the world safely due to the expertise of the doctors in this office! I could not be more grateful.
