I cannot say enough about Dr Tucker and her knowledge and bedside manner. I was scheduled to be induced April 7th 2023, and Dr Tucker was the OB on duty to begin that process. Both she and Dr Velotta were my attending physicians while at Tripoint. I had 2 appointments prior at Lake OBGYN with Dr Tucker and absolutely loved her personality. Not only is she gentle, knowledgeable, but she's also had that relaxing and joking manner that takes your mind off of the stressful parts. I love her. Her office staff are awful. They dont call you back, they make appointments for you but never tell you when they are and never answer the phone. She is a wonderful doctor though
I had a very negative experience with Dr. Tucker. When I experienced heavy bleeding during early pregnancy, she told me that she was confident that all was ok because I’d been bleeding a bit all along, and that I should just wait until my next appt. to come in. When my miscarriage was confirmed at my next appointment, she sent me home with pills that another doctor later said wouldn’t have been effective at that stage in pregnancy.
