Very knowledgeable. Helped my lung issue, found the proper medication I needed & continues to folllow up with me. I like the staff & very glad he was recommended
I have been seeing this doctor for 2 years. His office manager is extremely rude and has no empathy and bypasses messages. I have had a very hard time trying to call this office and doesn't have a messaging service! I still can not sleep over 1 hour at a time and have copd and OSA that is uncontrolled. I feel like I'm not getting the best of care here and will be seeking out another pulmonologist.
Saw him in the hospital, was satisfied with him but tried to become a new patient and do a follow up from the hospital. All I get is an answering machine and no return calls. Why would I want to be his patient when he is inaccessible? Either he doesn’t know this is happening or he’s hired some problematic employees(or not enough) but that’s all on him. The buck stops where?
Dr. Alchakaki a very good doctor. I trusted him. But the office staff and his support staff horrible. Hbox for 3 months never called me. He was talking to someone but not me. So strange!!! Twice now I've been sick (I'm kind of critical now) I've called the office, no answer, and no call back. This last time I went to urgent care then had to go to er. I called 17 times.
