I have been seeing this doctor for over a year and a half. He has helped me tremendously and I am 71 with years of COPD behind me. His professionalism is truly awesome, and the staff is very nice, caring, and help any way they can.
Very knowledgeable. Helped my lung issue, found the proper medication I needed & continues to folllow up with me. I like the staff & very glad he was recommended
I have been seeing this doctor for 2 years. His office manager is extremely rude and has no empathy and bypasses messages. I have had a very hard time trying to call this office and doesn't have a messaging service! I still can not sleep over 1 hour at a time and have copd and OSA that is uncontrolled. I feel like I'm not getting the best of care here and will be seeking out another pulmonologist.
Saw him in the hospital, was satisfied with him but tried to become a new patient and do a follow up from the hospital. All I get is an answering machine and no return calls. Why would I want to be his patient when he is inaccessible? Either he doesn’t know this is happening or he’s hired some problematic employees(or not enough) but that’s all on him. The buck stops where?
