I do not recommend this doctor and his office staff. They scheduled a virtual physical appointment for me as a new patient and I was hoping that it would be much more involved as it was 'physical' but the doctor came on a zoom call and asked a few general health related questions and ended the call in about 7 mins. I was hoping for the office staff to order blood work for me but that never happened and there were no follow-ups. Next, I got a bill of $199 co-pay for a physical which never occurred. Look elsewhere. Was an xfer pt. as my PCP retired. Attempted to make an appointment and was referred to a, "Virtual/Zoom Appointment" ? Will be looking for a new Primary.
Dr. Bhat has been great to me. Unfortunately certain people working for Metro West Medical , especially the one under Dr. Bhat, have no professionalism and disregards long-term clients. I should’ve asked the lady for her name so that it could be known.
