Whoever handles appointment confirmation calls should be retrained. I understand offices get busy, and it’s Friday, but being treated like an inconvenience on the same call where you’re calling me is a bad look. I run my own office and if my staff treated a client that way, I’d retrain them too. Hoping for a better experience next time — right now this isn’t the impression I’d expect from Dr. Hamad’s practice, given I was referred.

We are so grateful for Dr Hamad as he cared for my disabled sister giving her the gift of her eyesight again. He was very knowledgeable, compassionate and actually showed that he cared without discrimination. We are thankful to him and consider him the best ophthalmologist ever!! I wish I could give him 10 stars!! Thank you Dr Hamad.
Dr HAMAD is very thorough and explains everything, he cares about his patients. Staff are very polite and professional. Clean office. Highly recommend.
